Hi,
I help companies define, design, and ship customer-centered product experiences. I currently work at Exelon (the nation's leading competitive energy provider) where I lead Design for our Innovation & Growth pillar.
Prior to Exelon, I led Design & helped strategically shape customer product experiences at BTE - a medical solutions & rehabilitation company.
A bit more about me…
Ever since I was a young child, I have always found myself curious about new possibilities within the world. This is still something that lives within me today. I believe curiosity leads to knowledge › knowledge leads to solutions › good solutions lead to great experiences › and great experiences lead to delighted customers.
Who am I as a Designer?
For the past 8+ years I’ve been creating solutions to complex problems across the health care and energy sectors. I am a strong collaborator with my partners & stakeholders. I have a deep set of Design tools that enable me to be successfull across the various stages of the design process, with expertise ranging from deep into the pixels, to leveraging research to uncover insights, to high level product & growth strategy. I’ve solved problems across various scopes - from 0-1 product experiments to deep product evolutions.
If we can look at it from a ‘persona’ perspective I’d say I have two main archetypes the “Problem Solver“ & “Project Lead” *
As a Problem Solver I love digging deep into complex product or customer problems and identifying a path forward. I can leverage my broad set of design tools to help vague problems become more complete & understandable.
As a Project Lead I’ve shown my ability to enable the success of a team working together on a project. I thrive on collaborating with others to collectively achieve a shared outcome.
